Belly Dancing – Learn the ancient art and fun of belly dancing in this six-week class with professional dancer Juliana Garwood, including hip lifts and drops, hip circles, figure eights, pushes and snaps, arm movements and traveling steps. Belly dancing improves coordination, flexibility and muscle tone, too. Class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays in the Renaud Spirit Center from 7:45 – 8:45 p.m., beginning Monday, February 22.
