The city of O'Fallon has announced artists Phil Vassar, Josh Gracin, OK GO and Tonic will headline the 31st Annual Heritage & Freedom Fest. The festival will be July 2-4 at the Ozzie Smith Sports Complex, 900 T.R. Hughes Blvd. Admission and parking are free. Saturday night will be designated as a Special Family Night.
